Does anyone have any unique homeade baby shower invitation ideas for a baby boy?
I am giving my sister in law a baby shower this is her first baby and it is supposed to be a little boy. I would like to make this a very special shower for her and I am looking for some unique invitation ideas that we can make ourselves.

unique invitations can be expensive, unless you're happy enough to
print the text out on extra thick paper then do something to it
afterwards...such as....
-buy a rubber stamp (like a baby pram, or
foot prints, or rattles - see hobbycraft online) and blue ink pad. A
pattern dotted around will look sweet and simple.- buy crazy scissors and cut a patterned edge to the invitation
- put a single (or double) hole punch at the top and thread a blue ribbon into a bow
- photocopy an ultrasound scan as the centre of the invitation and add a caption in blue like "mummy's having a party for me...you're invited!"
EDIT: ooh!! Also found this - it has a printable invitation templates! They're so sweet! Maybe you could do the blue ribbon thingy to these?

What are some good unique baby shower themes?
Okay I need some really good unique baby shower themes. Both boy and gir themes.I want some good ideas on decorations, invations, party favors, and just everything.Ive thrown 1 before well last yr and it was care bears so it was really easy to do all for but this one is mine and Im helping my sister out so I want it to be realy good lol. Thanks~~ The best most creative idea will get the best answer~~

some really cute themes.It is www.babyshowerstuff.com .Most of their
themes are really cute & reasonable prices too..Also if you have a
party city store in your area,they have a few cute things too.My sister
had her 1st baby last year & she did a spongebob theme shower.She
likes spongebob & was doing the nursery in that too so..It was
really cute..Have fun planning..

What is a good but unique theme for a baby girl's baby shower?
I just found out that im having a girl and want a different/unique baby shower. If I was having a boy I would have had a Ralph Lauren Polo baby shower. Im open to ALL ideas.DidikTimer answers:

and clothing, reforested wood toys...) or secondhand stuff wrapped in
recycled newsprint. There are plantable seed cards that can be the
favors along with a small pot.
Whatever, remember that a baby shower's a gift that a friend offers, this isn't a mandatory or necessary event so you must accept any theme that the hostess choose and let the planning of the entire shower with her, you're just the guest of honor. And if no one offers to throw one for you, for a matter of elegance and education, don't have one because throwing your own shower is improper and greedy.

We are giving my sister a baby shower (for a boy) and need game ideas. I would like to have some unique games so that we don't play the same ones that are at every other baby shower. Unique ideas for games for a co-ed baby shower?
Not the bottle chugging, or chocolate in the diaper, I need some really unique ideas to keep the guys entertained! We are all in our 20's, like alot of punk and metal, and having a baby boy.Thanks!

like the toliet paper game that's played at weddings - two rolls one
for the mom, one for the dad and they race (and include the help of
their friends) to unroll it the fastest.
